I'm so happy and grateful for this company best customer service and quality products worth every penny so happy with everything please give all of you who work for this company a big pat on the back you are truly amazing best vintage clothes I have ever found
I signed up for the Dress of the Month Club at the end of April. Shipment was a little behind because of COVID19, but communication with customer service is EXCELLENT and they let me know they would be getting my first dress out shortly, even with diminished staffing.
I received my dress today and it was worth the wait! Beautiful, fit well, and great quality... and it's got pockets!
Super excited to receive my next month's dress!

After my initial sign up in April I received my 1st dress no problem. It was a nice dress. On May 15 my bank account was charged $57. I excitedly waited and no dress came. On my UV account dashboard it stated "Unfulfilled" as to my order status, it showed a photo of the dress that I was supposed to receive. On June 15 I was charged $57 again and upon checking my UV account dashboard it showed the May order unfulfilled and now the June order with a photo of the same dress as shown for May both orders were "unfulfilled". I emailed the customer service, received a response from an Emma Farley who wrote that there was "a computer synching issue" in May which resulted in my order not being delivered. Emma Farley stated that a refund for May was issued. Upon checking my bank account no refund has been issued I've been charged $57 twice and have no dress. Which means for the one dress I did receive in April, I've paid $171.00 not including taxes and shipping this is BS! I emailed the company this morning to ask for my subscription to be cancelled and my money refunded. I'd like to call but their hours are 9am-3pm, some of us with daytime jobs are not able to call within this very limited phone customer service time. Maybe that is their plan?
Awesome personalized customer service! I had a question about their sizing for a particular top and I received a prompt response from Sylvie. She had the same top I was inquiring about and was able to direct me to the best size. She also gave me info in case I wanted to exchange it for a different one. Love Unique Vintage!
I love the style of clothing offered and I always keep trying but every single item I've ever bought from them, with the exception of the Hell Bunny line they sometimes carry, their clothes fall apart or look horrible after 1 or 2 wears. I wish it weren't so.
They got 1 star because there is no -0 rating This is the worse place to order anything from!! I waited almost 3 weeks for an outfit...I live in Fl and it was sitting in Miami for 10 days then somehow went all the way to NY!! Lol, how does this happen?? They blamed it on COVID saying that it was their shipping partner, so COVID makes you move slower ...so i decided to cancel my order i went on the company help page and i found their help which is seven6zero two8four₃₁₃₁ i contacted the company and i got my penny back *************

I received my order and everything looked just as I expected! I bought two pairs of shoes, earrings, and a purse. I have a bunch of purses so I haven't had a chance to use the new one yet, I went to use it today when I noticed a cut on the front of the bag! I was nervous because it's been a little over a week and on the website it said I only had up to 48 hours to exchange a damaged item. I quickly emailed their customer service and sent them photos mainly to prove I really haven't used it! They instantly apologized and sent me a return label and ordered me a new one. I was blown away by how fast and considerate Sylvie was. I'll definitely be ordering again very soon! (She even complimented my nails)
I ordered 2 pieces in march of which one was on backorder and supposed to ship in may. But when my order finally arrived months later, the item on back order was missing without any explanation. I contacted the customer service right away and they told me they would "investigate" the issue. After one month of stalling on their side and after I opened a Paypal case they now finally refunded me. Horrible customer service and all in all completely unprofessional. Avoid.
I had a very poor experience with this company. I placed an order on May 18th for items which were all listed as in stock. The order never shipped, so two weeks on, I called and emailed customer service. They said that they cannot locate the swimsuit bottom I purchased and it will ship "once it is found," with no expected ship date given. I needed the swimsuit for a trip on June 18th. A month should have been more than enough time to receive it, however, it seems I clearly will not. Buyer Beware: items listed on the website as in stock may in fact not be in supply and who knows when you'll receive them. Meanwhile, they've taken your money under false pretenses.
Not only are the products great, but the customer service is wonderful! I recently bought two swimsuits and had to exchange a top and it was quite a painless experience. Very happy to continue being a customer!

I recently bought a swimsuit, but unfortunately had to return the bottoms due to a fit issue. Customer Service answered my question regarding the process quickly and kindly. I've been a customer of UV over the years and will be returning again. Thank you!
Customer service has been EXCELLENT! Sylvie not only responded immediately to an email my daughter sent with a question she had, but she also handled a problem that was completely my fault - after hours, and within minutes of me sending the email - when she really didn't have to. It's rare to see such great service - super friendly, too. This was our first time ordering from this company, and we're international customers - but it won't be our last!
After my shipment was delayed, i turned to customer service and they took care on the best side! There is no doubt that a unique vintage has the most beautiful clothes and also (ans not less importent) an excellent service!

I would say yes. I got the 2X and am a size 16 with 38DDD chest. The dress I got fit very well.

I've had good experiences with the dresses being true to size. They do offer a full refund within 30 days or you can exchange the dress for another size. Sometimes the dresses are in UK sizes so you need to compare the UK size to the US size.
